We are currently looking to add a full time sales professional to our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starting overacheiver, who can multi-task and be effectively counted on as part of a team as well as to perform individually. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with computers and in a fast-paced environment. Someone with a previous sales background would be a definite asset, but ongoing training is provided.
The job includes, but is not limited to, greeting customers, interviewing customers to help them find the RV that best suits their needs, customer management, ongoing customer contact, writing of deals, general dealership day-to-day tasks and working with each customer from teh meet and greet to the closing of the sale.
Pik-A-Dilly RV Centre is Manitoba's longest serving RV dealership and has been family owned and operated since it's inception. We have a smaller staff size and consider out staff to be a second family.
This position is a salary plus commission pay structure and in peak season can be a 24/7 position. We are closed on Sundays, however, sometimes that is the only time a customer can come look at the trailer they are interested in. A benefit package is available following a three-month probation period.
To put it simply, the perfect candidate will have enough self-confidence to believe that they could walk up to a bride on her wedding day and sell her a ketchup popsicle in the mid-July heat.
