Altus Group Manitoba Land Surveyors are now accepting applications for Administrative Assistant

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an Administrative Assistant and collaborative member on our Team, you will play an integral role in our growing operations, based out of our Virden or Brandon, MB office.

• Provide superior client service to employees, clients, suppliers and the public by responding professionally and promptly to all questions, inquiries and requests

• Greet and direct clients/visitors in a professional manner, ensure visitors sign in/out 

• Provide general office administrative support including answering emails/phones, processing incoming/outgoing mail/faxes and couriers

• Take & relay accurate messages 

• Create, maintain, print & organize files; search databases for job set up; data entry 

• Ensure boardroom and common areas are organized and maintained

• Ensure that office and specialty supplies are ordered and fully stocked 

• Run business-related errands

• Assist with invoicing processes

 

WHAT YOU’RE SKILLED AT:

• Collaborating with abilities to excel in both team and independent environments

• Implementing superior attention to detail 

• Managing time and priorities effectively

• Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to accomplish your goals

 

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

• Obtained an Office or Business Administration Diploma

• Gained prior experience in a professional office environment (2-5 years)

• Become proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email), Adobe

• Mastered typing proficiency and comfort with computers, internet, & office technology
