Job Description: Supply Chain Administrator [located in Brandon]

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and help lead our company into a bright future? We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Administrator. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the procurement process, liaising with Vendors, Buyers, Inventory control and the Sales Team to facilitate forecasting and purchase order scheduling. Develop and lead the customer forecasting process is conjunction with Sales Team. Problem-solving and leadership skills are key to our company’s success; if you are ready to help build our expanding company, we are excited to have you join the team.

We would like our Supply Chain Administrator to be someone who:

  • Provides administrative support to the Purchasing team
  • Expedites purchase order delivery
  • Takes point on allocation communications to Sales, Fulfillment and Inventory Teams
  • Takes pride in developing improved communication channels with internal and external supply chain stakeholders
  • Assists in optimizing and streamlining customer order fulfillment scheduling
  • Delivers back order analysis and account management reporting
  • Will be responsible for our customer RMA process
  • Prepares customs documentation
  • Is detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Has excellent time management skills
  • Takes a leading role in internal sales and operational communications
  • Possesses the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work
  • Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
  • Aids in training, mentoring, and coaching of staff
  • Assists in developing policy and procedures to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and/or improve internal and external customer service

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Outstanding energy, a great attitude and passion for the cannabis accessory industry
  • Ideally possess a relevant professional qualification and/or substantial (5+ Years) background experience in procurement administration, logistics, supply chain management


Job Type: full-time, regular business hours

Work Location: 915 Douglas Street, Brandon, MB

Compensation: salary + company bonus program
