Q)Had a few inquiries asking why my ad states that it has municipal sewer  and septic tank and the difference between holding tank and septic tank.
 
A) the way all municipal sewers work is that only the gray water from each property  goes to the lagoon - the solid waste remains in septic tank or holding tank. We have septic tank and we get it  pumped out once a year by Westman Septic  Service usually Sept/Oct approx $115.00. So every home in the town of Alexander has to have either a septic tank or holding tank  to collect solid waste- NO EXCEPTIONS 
 
Difference between having a septic tank and holding tank is that a holding tank is significantly smaller and needs to be pumped more often 5-6 times a year at $115.00 each time.

Also has exterior well that can be used for outdoor watering all you need to do is hook it up.
