F-150 oil filler cap

I have a 2013 3.5l ecoboost. The oil filler cap appears to be loose fitting. Is that normal or is it missing a gasket?

.

There should be a rubber o-ring in one of the grooves, it's pretty common for them to get worn and and fall apart, I'm sure most part stores would carry the o-ring.
