Through

the sign is really only visible when your heading westbound on Richmond. If your heading north or south on 18th, you don't see it

haha

Yeah we were sitting in the McDonalds and watching the traffic. It’s amazing how many people can’t read the sign because there were so many people trying to pull a u turn

construction

I said the other day that as far as kiddo’s concerned the McD’s patio has to have the best view in Brandon.

Between the work done on 22nd a few weeks ago and now this on Richmond they’re upgrading storm sewers. With any luck “iconic” pics like this will be a thing of the past:

As someone else stated, the sign is not really visible from 18th St and I got caught thinking I could still get into Shopper's. I didn't realize they have moved further east and cut it off. So, it wasn't really clear. Will be nice when its done.

Much needed work

but I will be very happy when it's done as I usually travel Richmond regularly. Hopefully they are on schedule to be done by Sept. 7th as they expect according to the city's website.

I laugh because I actually saw someone move the barrier sign and actually tried to drive thru the construction. They could not make it through so they came back out and put the barrier sign back. That was pure stupidity. I hope there was damage to his car. He deserves it!
