Great Job Montana's ( It's the little things)

My wife and I went for dinner to Montana's last night, and when we got there were told there would be a 20-30 minute wait for a seat. No surprise, and no big deal. It's Friday night and a wait is almost expected.
Did I mention that my wife is about 8 months pregnant and was probably looking a bit uncomfortable in the waiting area? Beautiful, but uncomfortable.
In all the years of dining out, and all the years I spent as a waiter I have never seen a manager of a restaurant do this... he came out to the waiting area with napkins and potato skins and offered snacks to everyone waiting for a table... BRILLIANT, simply BRILLIANT.
Just a "tip o' the hat" to Montana's.

wow

Now that is very impressive!

I sure wish I could go eat there, but sadly the building design cause my hubby's ear problems to get worse.

When we were in a restaurant last year

at Bismarck, before our meal came, they set a large bowl of popcorn on the table. I thought that was really neat.

...

That is nice, but I have seen/heard/experienced it before at other places.

nice!

Even if you have experienced it before, it's not something everyone does and it's still nice to hear about! Good job Montana's!

Montanas

My wife and I ordered steaks medium well last time in.
They were both under cooked, IMO. Asked to have them cooked a bit longer and they came back perfect. I was happy at that, but then when the bill came they had discounted it by about 20%. The discount was not necesary but was appreciated. Well done Montanas.
