Apparently...

It's an outbound telemarketing vendor (on behalf of MTS) located in Brandon. They call on a wide variety of campaigns for them including renewing contracts on cell phones soon to expire.
"All customer information still remains protected and is transferred through a secure server. If you want to be added to the MTS Do Not Call list, send an email to community@mts.ca"

This MTS stands for Midwest Telecom Services. They are telemarketers calling and were calling about TV services, on behalf of MTS (the phone company). At least that was what my call from them last week was about. They were trying to get me to switch my tv provider.

MTS

MTS stands for just that, MTS the phone company.

Midwest Teleservices International (MTI) is a company. They are a legit company and has been around for over 10 years in Brandon.

The previous info of who they call for is correct (such as renewing cell phone contracts for MTS).
