Brandon, MB (CKLQ) – A group of 6 Westmanites will be heading to the U19 Canadian Rugby Championships.
Zach Armstrong, Adam Kowalchuk, and Matthew Vinck (veenk) of Souris and Brandon’s Kade Turnbull will dress for the Prairie Blizzard.
Brian Yon has been named a coach and Deanna Kowalchuk is the team’s trainer.
The championship runs July 17-23 in Truro, Nova Scotia.
