Dauphin, MB (CKLQ) – The Dauphin Kings are slowly starting to turn things around this year, winning their third straight game with a 4-2 win over the OCN Blizzard.
Grady Hobbs scored two goals, including the game-winning goal in the third period.
Even with the recent run, the Kings are still 7-22-1-1 and are 14 points back of the 8th spot in the MJHL.
OCN drop to 19-9-2-0 and is fourth in the league with 40 points.
The Kings will get a chance to get four straight wins when they take on Virden Friday night at Credit Union Place.

Virden, MB (CKLQ) – Swan Valley’s Lane Kirk scored his second of the season 1:43 into overtime to give the Stampeders a win over the Virden Oil Capitals 4-3.
The Oil Capitals scored halfway through the third period to tie the game.
The Stampeders goalie Ethan Peterson stopped 48 of 51 shots in the game.

Selkirk, MB (CKLQ) – The Selkirk Steelers scored four unanswered and beat the Neepawa Natives 5-2.
The Natives were up 2-1, 48 seconds into the second period, then the Steelers came back, putting themselves in the lead 9:08 in the second period after a goal by Garrett Armour.
Selkirk put up 52 shots in the game, letting 33 on net.
