A 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man have been arrested after they pulled out a gun and stole a woman's purse early Friday morning, say police.
Officers say a 20-year-old woman was walking in the area of Dufferin Avenue and McKenzie Street at around 12:30 a.m. when she was approached by two males. One of the suspects grabbed her purse, and produced what appeared to be a weapon and ran off.
The victim was not injured and ran home to call police.
Officers say the suspects were tracked down by police dogs and found at a nearby address. Both suspects are in custody and have been charged with robbery with a firearm.
