Two people were arrested after RCMP foiled a break and enter in the rural municipality of Stanley early Saturday morning.
Several police services attended to the crime, which was in progress at a commercial property. Officers recovered a number of stolen items and seized break-in tools, say police.
Police arrested a 21-year-old woman from Selkirk and a 35-year-old man from Winnipeg. Both are in custody and a number of charges are pending in relation to the break and enter.
The investigation is ongoing.
