Sticky Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
     
  • 8-12 chicken legs or thighs, skinned if you prefer
  •  
  • 1/4 c melted margarine
  •  
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  •  
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  •  
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  •  
  • 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  •  
  • garlic powder, pepper and salt
  •  
  • shake or two of tabasco (more if you like it spicy)

DIRECTIONS:

     
  • Put all ingredients except chicken in a large ziplock bag and mush around until well mixed
  •  
  • Add chicken to the bag, two or three pieces at a time
  •  
  • Coat well and place on a foil lined cookie sheet
  •  
  • Repeat with remaining chicken
  •  
  • Pour any leftover sauce in the bag over the chicken on the pan.
  •  
  • Cook in oven at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
