In a bag mix:
soy sauce (reg or low sodium)
Spices (Garlic Plus or other)
There is no need to measure. It doesn't need to be thick, but the corn starch needs to be dissolved. I personally like Garlic Plus for the spice. Bonus: if you make too much marinade, put it in the freezer for next time.
Place pork chops in marinade and let sit at least 20 mins. Flip occasionally, making sure every part of the meat is coated.
Then just fry up in a pan.
Ive never had this recipe fail. Pork Chops end up juicy and tender every time. Anyone can make these and get rave reviews.
