Microwave Rhubarb Crisp

INGREDIENTS:
This was a request from a poster named kat333 who was looking for this recipe in an old cookbook I happened to have. Posted here as well. Microwave times may vary.  
 
From the GOOD TIMES July 20, 1988 Cookbook Supplement to the Cross Country Shopper

Topping:  
 
1/2 cup rolled oats  
1 cup flour  
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed  
1/2 cup butter  
 
 
Rhubarb Mixture:  
 
4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1/2" pieces  
1 cup sugar  
1 small package of strawberry Jello  
1/4 cup flour  
1/2 tsp. cinnamon  
1/2 cup water  
 

DIRECTIONS:
For the topping, mix the 1 cup flour, rolled oats and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix the butter in with a fork to make a crumbly mixture. Set aside.  
 
Combine remaining ingredients in an 8" x 8" baking dish. Cook 3 minutes on medium power, covered.  
 
Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the rhubarb mixture and cook uncovered for approximately 8 minutes on medium until top is crusty and rhubarb tender.  
 
Makes 8 servings.
