Grain Free Banana Bread (or muffins)

INGREDIENTS:
2 lg or 3 small overripe bananas  
1 c almond butter  
1/4 c honey  
4 eggs  
2 tsp vanilla extract  
1/2 tsp sea salt  
1 tsp baking soda  
1-2 tsp cinnamon (optional)  
1/4 c choc chips (optional)  

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325F.  
Smash the bananas in a bowl using a potato masher or a fork.  
Add remaining ingredients and mix well until a smooth batter forms.  
Add batter to greased pan and place into oven (or into muffins).  
Bake approximately 50 min., or until centre is firm. (approx 30 minutes for muffins)  
Remove from oven & allow to cool completely.  

Estimated preparation time: Under 15 minutes
