1 (2 lb) pork tenderloin
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 - 3/4 cup water
3 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet.
Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat.
Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible.
Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours.
Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
Estimated preparation time: Under 15 minutes
Amazingly easy and tasty. Tried this recipe over others because I actually had the ingredients at home. Will be cooking it again!

I made this for supper tonight and it was excellent. I only used 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and it was plenty garlicky. Left out the wine too.

|Sorry about that!
The original recipe was for:
1 cup water
3/4 cup white wine
I just increased the water amount, as I didn't want to use the wine.

|I was wondering how much wine you use?|
