6-8 handfuls of spaghetti
can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk
1 tablespoon curry powder
basil & oregeno
While spaghetti is cooking, stir together cream of chicken soup & milk over heat. Put some warm water in the can & add curry powder (more or less to taste - 1 Tbs is not too spicy)- mix well & add to sauce. Add a dash of basil & oregeno.
Arrange spaghetti in a casserole dish, pour sauce over & mix well.
May refrigerate or freeze until needed.
Heat in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour, adding grated cheese the last few minutes.
If using more spaghetti & needing more sauce, you can use a can of cream of mushroom soup as well as chicken. May also add chopped cooked chicken or seafood to the pasta.
Estimated preparation time: 30-60 minutes

Don't be scared off by the "Curry" you can add less or more depending on your taste.
