- One bag Frozen Hashbrowns (thawed)
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom (or Chicken) soup
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 1 Cup Butter (melted)
- Grated Cheese (however much you want)
- Seasoning for taste
- 1 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes
- 3 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup, onions, butter, a little bit of grated cheese, and seasoning. Mix so everything is coated evenly.
Lightly butter (or spray) a casserole dish and pour mixture in it. Top with left over grated cheese.
Place in heated over for 45-60 minutes.
Mix all the grated cheese into the mixture.
Mix together corn flakes and melted butter in separate bowl. Top over mixture in casserole dish, then place in oven. Gives it a nice crunchy taste, instead of just cheese, cheese, and more cheese :)
