Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. You would work as a support person to our sales team interacting directly with customers by phone, email and computer chat. This is a full time weekday position Monday – Friday Variable hours.
Your responsibilities would include
- Building product knowledge that would allow customer recommendations and alternatives.
- Interacting with customers by recommending products and services.
- Use computer to track customer interactions, process customer orders and file documents.
- Problem solving customer issues in a helpful and professional manner.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Take the initiative to engage customers.
The successful candidate would possess
- Effective, strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Above average organizational skills and ability to multi task.
- Effective computer skills demonstrating the use of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to be a problem solver.
