AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT SALES CONSULTANT
based out of our Neepawa, MB location!

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant builds respectful, trusted "business partner" type relationships with customers, with relative ease. They enjoy the thrill of making a sale, and knowing they are trusted advisors in providing solution based sales to customers to aid in the success of their operations.
-Proven track record in a sales role, demonstrating the ability to grow sales in a defined territory
-Familiarity with the agricultural industry: equipment, crop inputs, ag services
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to consult with customers and identify products to suit their needs
-Confidence addressing customer concerns
-Exemplary interpersonal relationship skills
-Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
-Proficient in Microsoft based computer programs
-A valid class 5 Driver's license is required
This is a permanent, full-time position.
