Planet Kia is looking for an upbeat, master multi-tasker, Receptionist/Accounting Clerk to join our team. At Planet Kia we offer a great team environment and benefits!
Team member should be able to assist management and all visitors by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance, and being a helpful and positive presence in the dealership.
The position will modify during employment to cover maternity leave.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and filing.
- Answering incoming phone calls, handling queries, and transferring calls as necessary
- Maintain records and files
- Order office supplies
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Attend Accounts Receivable/Payables
- Assist in reconciling accounts
- Ensure show room is presentable, with necessary stationery and materials
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
- Extensive software skills (includes word and excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate time management, decision making and organizational qualities
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exercise independent judgement and initiative and carry out job functions with or without direct supervision
