Marshall Chiropractic is looking for a front desk receptionist. As the receptionist, your job is to be the customer-facing point of interaction for patients, handling their needs upon arrival and departure. Typical tasks include answering the phone and emails, greeting patients and checking them in, booking future appointments, collecting payments, submitting insurance claims, and inventory ordering. Other tasks may include selling of topical applications, neurotech socks, or specialized pillows and cushions, as recommended by the doctor.
This is a full time job, with an average work week of 32 - 35 hours, occasionally fluctuating as appointment and demand necessitates. Successful candidates will have motivation, trustworthiness, honesty, punctuality, and an upbeat attitude. Prior front-desk experience is helpful, but not required. Candidates who display an understanding of the value of osteopathic medicine as a proactive and complementary approach to health will be given greater consideration.
