Hi I have two rooms available (one up one down) suitable for apprentice student or in town worker. $125-$150 week based on single occupancy monthly rate can be arranged for Fire College students etc.
Cable, Internet and parking included lower level is furnished with its own bathroom. Both levels inc shared kitchen, kitchen equipment and BBQ, clean bedding and towels inc just bring your stuff
No smoking, pets or overnight guests.Prefer Sunday thru Friday tenancy but can be flexible if needed.
Located in a great area close to the Keystone Center, Brandon University and 10 mins to Assiniboine Community College campus, any questions please ask
