Chat 'n Share
A weekly opportunity for parents to connect virtually with volunteers, staff, other parents and guests to discuss topics including:
? Importance of skin to skin. ? Feeding your baby. ? Self-care. ? Life after discharge.
Facebook
There is a closed Facebook group where parents can connect on their own time for support and share milestones. Volunteers support the Facebook group through moderation, sharing resources and answering any questions parents may have.
