THE OPPORTUNITY:
Tundra is excited to announce an opportunity for a Part-Time Workovers Technical Assistant (20 hours per week) based out of the Virden, MB office.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Workovers Department, which includes Downhole Repair & Maintenance, Workovers, and Abandonments operations.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Workovers
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Developing and maintaining a rotational schedule for service rig supervisors and relief, as required
- Tracking all Safety tickets required of rig supervisors
- Verifying and coding invoices
- Completing material transfers for all jobs
- Auditing Completions Reports in Wellview, ensuring accuracy
- Submitting reports and logs to the Manitoba Petroleum Branch, as required
- Preparing and submitting data to Saskatchewan Energy & Mines, as required
- Submitting data to Partners, as required
- Scheduling and organizing annual Service Rig Supervisor Spring Meetings & ad hoc meetings, as required
- Other related duties as required.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Business Administration diploma, or industry equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of office administrative experience
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Prior experience in MS Project, Adobe, Accumap, and Wellview is considered an asset
- Previous oil and gas experience is preferred
