Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Management - Process invoices, reconcile statements, and manage vendor payments using Telpay software.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance - Assist with MB PST, SK PST, and IFTA reporting to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
- Inventory & Purchasing - Issue purchase orders, reconcile received goods, and support inventory management.
- Operational Support - Maintain organized financial records, assist with audits, and participate in workflow improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working with accounting software and reconciliation processes.
