Job Summary 

This position is part of the Agricultural Hydraulics division. The Agricultural Hydraulics division designs, manufactures and distributes aftermarket hydraulic kits. These kits increase tractor capacity which enables producers to utilize high demand implements.

 The Hydraulic Mechanic will provide support in this division in the assembly of hydraulic kits, troubleshooting of customer mechanical issues, and hydraulic kit selection.

 This position is ideal for a candidate seeking career advancement. This is a division with growth potential, and the goal of this position is to move the ideal candidate into a manager position in a short period of time.

 

Duties and responsibilities 

Customer & Sales Support: Provide selection and after-sales support, address any technical issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

 Kit Assembly: Assemble hydraulic kits to meet demand using existing assembly instructions.

 Additional Responsibilities: Schedule hydraulic shipments and deliveries, assist in planning and ordering of material, product development, and sales efforts.  

Requirements

Experience: Knowledge of mechanical systems and a basic understanding of hydraulics is required. Agricultural equipment knowledge would be an asset, but is not required.

Education: Formal mechanical training or education would be an asset, but is not required. A mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn is important, as we would offer training for this position.

Skills: Applicant must possess strong customer service, organizational, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills.

 Attributes: The ideal applicant will be self-directed, solution-oriented, customer-focused, and sales-driven.

 Travel: This position will require occasional travel to trade shows, dealerships, and customer locations. Class 5 driver's license is required.
