Glendale Industries Limited is a metal fabrication facility in Brandon Manitoba. Glendale has been in business since 1984. We are seeking a qualified individual to join our construction team.

Job Summary

This position primarily involves shop & field fabrication and installation of structural steel and misc. metals for construction projects. This position will involve the use of equipment such as zoom booms, forklifts, and other rigging equipment for site installation. Overtime may be required to comply with the construction schedule.

 

Requirements

Experience: Three years in a similar industry would be an asset but is not required. Training will be provided to the ideal candidate.

Education: CWB certification, or the ability to obtain a CWB certification, is required. Red Seal Welding Certificate would be an asset but is not required.

Skills: Applicant must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The applicant must be able to work in a collaborative team setting. The applicant must also be able to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects.
