A successful franchise restaurant in Brandon is looking to hire a General Manager. To maintain existing integrity of staff the details of the location will be provided once a short list of candidates has been determined.
Candidates must have restaurant experience with manager capabilities. The following is a general list of expectations
Commitment to maintaining a positive work culture and leading crew to hit sales targets while maintaining food and labour costs.
Hiring, training and developing crew in all areas of the business
Working alongside assistant managers to achieve restaurant goals
The GM is only expected to work a standard 40 hour work week but could end up working overtime due to unforeseen circumstances. OT will be paid at 1.5 for any hour worked past 40 hours per week.
Wage will be negotiated based on current experience and skillset. Bonus plan, matching RRSP and guaranteed annual raise are some of the additional earning options.
Training will be provided with the future ability to become certified through the franchisor training program, all done in house with no additional travel required.
