For rent a 1 bedroom second floor suite in the east end. Its a very bright suite that will be cleaned and sanitized and available this weekend. Parking with plug in ; across from a bus stop. We are looking for a single student or working person. This is a very quiet building. Sorry but no pets/smoking inside//parties. There are no laundry facilities but a laundromat a few blocks away.
