We are seeking a three-month term Administration Assistant
Working within a multi discipline building, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year?s office experience, with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
Key duties include:
? Provide general administrative support for Architects, Engineers and Technologists
? Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
? Prepare or assist in preparation of bid forms and proposal contracts
? Responsible for the cleanliness office cleanliness between cleanings
? Other duties as assigned
? Enrollment in or completion of a business administration certificate or diploma would be considered an asset, but is not mandatory
? Communication skills with above average customer service skills
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs ? Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
? Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills are essential
? Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
? Detail-oriented, deadline driven with accuracy
? Ability to incorporate and implement new procedures
? Work well independently and as part of a team with a solid work ethic
? Experience in Architectural, Engineering or Construction Industry would be an asset
Preference will be given to applicants who will be available for the full three-month term, however returning students will also be considered.
