Transolutions Truck Centres is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our Brandon team as a full time Administrative Assistant.
Job duties includes:
- Greeting & directing customers both in person and over the phone
- Deposits and Petty Cash reconciliation
- Filing and mail organization
- Managing office supply inventory
- Basic AP duties
- General Admin assistance to dealership
Skill Requirements:
- Able to work set hours reliably
- Ability to multi-task
- Willing to learn new tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Works well under minimal supervision as well as in team environment
- Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office programs
Hours: Monday ? Friday, 8 a.m. ? 5 p.m.
