Now hiring General Manager position in Portage la Prairie Manitoba.

Job Expectations:
- Oversee day to day operations of the store as well as monthly planning and benchmarking
- Assist in training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing employees
- Oversee both front and back house operations, including, kitchen crew, supervisors and delivery drivers.
- Community involvement to help grow the business
- Manage work schedules of the restaurant
- Maintain high-quality food standards
- Maintain inventory of the restaurant
- Oversee kitchen staff's compliance with health code and sanitation requirements
- Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs and improve profits
- Resolve any customer complaints in a professional manner
- Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
- Handling cash deposits and daily banking needs for the restaurant
- Help the kitchen team to prepare food such as pizzas, salads, pastas and wings, if needed during busy hours
- Maintaining both COL and COS targets
- Maintaining KPI targets for delivery service and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
