We are a local construction firm looking for a full-time mechanically inclined handyman.
Certified mechanic is not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Basic maintenance & repair of small tools
- General maintenance
- Oil changes & filter replacement in vehicles & equipment
- Organize & maintain tools
- Track Inventory
- Clean up & maintain construction yard
Requirements
- Positive self starter
- Previous maintenance / mechanical experience
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Experience operating a forklift is considered an asset, but on the job training is available
This is a permanent full-time opportunity. The hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We offer very competitive wages based on experience, as well as excellent medical & dental benefits, life insurance, long term disability and bonuses.
