Pet friendly room for rent
Renting out the other room in my 2 bedroom house. House is pet friendly and currently has one medium sized dog already living there. Would be open to another dog as long as they get along.
Nice big fully fenced yard.
Month-month lease. Rent is $700 a month and that includes utilities. Access to laundry. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Damage deposit is half months rent, pet deposit is also half months rent.
No smoking, no drugs, no parties. Will be available October 4th. Previous rental references will be required.
