Wage: $17-$22/Hour based off experience

Cooper?s Cleaning & Clearing is a start-up company in Brandon, Manitoba that specializes in Lawn Care, Eavestrough Care, Dog Poop Removal, Snow Removal, and more! We are looking for the best of the best to join our team!
Your Responsibilities
This position primarily involves a variety of small home maintenance tasks for Irregular and Regular clients of Cooper?s Cleaning & Clearing. Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Residential or commercial yard maintenance.
- Driveway/walkway snow removal.
- Dog poop removal.
- Eavestrough cleaning.
- Mowing lawns.
- Trimming/pulling weeds.
- Operating small engine equipment/machinery. ? Any other tasks assigned.
Skills & Abilities we are looking for?
- Individuals available to work a variety of shifts and must be available on short notice during the winter months.(Weekends. Evenings, Overnights, Early Mornings, and Holidays included).
- Someone who is comfortable working in extreme weather conditions and heights.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Respectful and positive attitude.
- High Productivity mindset.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
- Mechanically knowledge.
Requirements
- Valid driver?s license ? Class 5 (required).
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Education
- High School Diploma (preferred).
Work Experience
- Yard Maintenance & Snow Removal ? 1 year (preferred).
- Small Engine equipment work experience ? 1 year (preferred).
