• Mechanically inclined and able bodied
• Class 5 Drivers License
• Knowledge of snow blowers, lawn mowers, leaf blowers and small engines
• Ability to operate power tools
• Must be able to work independently or as a team
• Good at problem solving
• Current Criminal Record Check & Child Abuse Registry check
• Willing to work during hot and cold weather conditions
• 60 hours per month - flexible - generally Monday to Friday except when snow removal is required
• Early mornings and weekends may be required for snow removal
• 3 references required
• 3 month probation period - pay will be reevaluated
• $1,080.00 per month
• Suitable for retired or semi-retired individual
