Position Responsibilities / Duties:
- Manufacture all units accurately by reading and following shop blueprints.
- Carpenters: Residential style of Wood Framing.
- Finish Carpenter: Suspended Ceiling, Base, Casing, Millwork, Trims
- Drywall: Vinyl covered drywall, Insulation, Vapor Barrier
- Cladding: House Wrap, Metal Siding, Rubber Roofing
- Electrical: All new construction, Rough-ins, Finishing
- Plumbing: All new construction, Rough-ins, Duct work, Finishing
- Road Work: Off site Modular install, Cribbing, Finish Work, Labor Work
- Maintain a clean work area during and after each project completion.
- Exercise safe work practices and procedures when using tools and equipment.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor / manager.
