We are currently seeking individuals to join our pharmacy family at Shoppers Drug Mart in Brandon. Kimberly Thiessen Pharmacy Ltd. owns and operates locations at 139 Victoria Avenue East & 1570 18th Street, Unit 15A.
Part-Time Post Office Clerk - Your main role with be providing customer service at our retail postal outlet. Strong computer skills and an ability to learn quickly will allow you to succeed in this role. The position will also support merchandising, and housekeeping tasks in front store. Availability required includes 4:30pm-9pm Monday to Friday and weekends.
Part-Time Cashier- You will be responsible for greeting and assisting all customers as they approach the front cash area of the store to complete their purchase. You will value a great customer experience and be willing to put in the effort required to share current promotional details with the customer. Previous cash, lottery and retail experience would be an asset. The successful candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts this summer including Sundays. Preference will be given those who wish to maintain employment into the fall/winter season.
Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant - This position will include cashier duties within the dispensary, as well as, filling and packaging of prescriptions. No experience necessary. Only the willingness to learn! Being organized and detail orientated will help you succeed in this position. Great communication skills are necessary to work efficiently within the team, as well as, to provide our patients with the best possible care. Training opportunities for those looking for a career position are available.
Pharmacy Student/Pharmacist Intern/Pharmacist - Successful completion of THE PHARMACIST QUALIFYING EXAMINATION, PART I (MCQ) and PART II (OSCE) or student/pharmacist status with the College of Pharmacists of MB is a requirement for this position.
