Administrative Clerk
for our Administration Office in Minnedosa, Manitoba.

What you?ll do:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, primary duties to include, but not limited to:
? Data entry and filing
? Customer service, handling customer inquiries, answering/directing phone calls
? Processing invoices
? Daily cash reconciliations for multiple locations
Other duties as assigned may include, but not limited to; accounting support for multiple POS systems, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
In addition, this position directly supports all Heritage Co-op Team Members.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Administration and:
- You have excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
- You are proficient in accounting concepts with experience and/or education/training
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Post-secondary Business Administration degree or diploma considered an asset
