Recreational flights

Does anyone have any information, or better yet LINKS, to recreational flights around Brandon? My daughter wants to go on an airplane and since we're not planning any long distance trips again anytime soon, she says she'd like to do it for her birthday. I looked at the airport and Brandon Flying Club websites but couldn't find any specific information.
Any information would be greatly appreciation.
