Repairs Complaint

Took my sled in for a preseason tuneup and they have had it for 5 weeks. I feel like they have been giving me the run-around. It should not take that long for a tuneup. There is lots of snow out there and I want to get out riding. Has anyone had a similar problem? Where is a reliable, honest mechanic?
