polaris repair help!!!!!!!!!!!!

looking for a snowmobile repair dude/dudette,,,,having an electrical issue on my sled {99 xlt},seems to be over charging , blew out all my lights and started to melt my hand warmers. replaced regulator and all bulbs,,fired it up and Bam!!! same thing fried all lights again. can anyone recommend a good mechanic in the wesman area. dont want to take it to the dealer as they are swamped and kinda would like it fixed before spring,,lol.
