Needing a good divorce Lawyer and advice

Hello, I have been currently seperated from my husband for one year, and need to proceed with divorce, anyone have one they can recomend?
I am a Teacher and live in Neepawa
My ex is super malicious and vendictive we have two children 1 and 5,I have always been cooperative and neutral with his seeing out children, except for when he acting unreasonable (name calling / playing games to get at me.)
he is an american citizen with his work permit set to expire at the end of June, I would like full custody as he wil most likely not be in the country. And advice / suggestions
