ABC and FOX have teamed up with iTunes for TV show rentals!
Apple announced a smaller version of their Apple TV product for $99, to be available next month, and TV show rentals from the two networks for $.99.
“When we put our shows on iTunes five years ago, it was revolutionary,” Anne Sweeney, co-chair Disney Media Networks and president, Disney/ABC Television Group, said in a statement. “Since then, we’ve continued to provide viewers with innovative new ways to access our programming, and today we’re proud to team with Apple on a rental option for fans of our shows.”
No other networks are on board just yet.
