Wheat City computer aid

HELP - my computer was picked up by a "representative"?? from this busines over a week ago. I received a message on Tue that it was ready - called today - phone is not in service..emailed the business and it was returned. Cannot find an address or name of owner to call. Can anyone help?? I had read that others had used this business and were happy - Do you have a name I can contact -very worried about personal info that they have.
