It’s no secret Brandon has had it’s share of wild turkeys, especially the South End. This winter, one large flock of 22 had been relocated to outside of the city from the South End with another about 20 birds strong still thought to be around. Noticed the Police tweet below having fun with a pic of a small group downtown today:

In the spring with warming weather, bigger flocks tend to spread out in smaller groups. Combined with first time (or at least rare) sightings I know of this week West of Shoppers Mall and in the Valleyview area it seems that spreading out might be taking on a different pattern this year? Curious what other areas of the city they’ve been seen in this month other than the usual area South of Richmond and East of 18th St?
