apparently the parking lot and entrance to the burger king on 18th has been repaired and anyone missing tires or car parts can apparently claim them at the counter , found while filling the holes.

had a similar Himalayan entrance which is now now no longer on the pot hole nightmare list......summer repairs are coming YES !...and thanks BK

Another bad area is at the very north end of 18th st.

Hahah! Oh man, that has been so bad for YEARS. When I drive my small car I avoided that area like the plague, if I went through it I prayed for my oil pan to be there at the end of it. I knew it was really bad when my jeep even found it offensive. Glad it’s been fixed !

Though it has been a number of years since I've been close to any of those area businesses, my understanding was that the entrance was owned by the neighbouring property.

That spot at BK is bad every spring. Proper drainage needs to be created. It puddles and the freeze thaw cycle destroys it.

hi adam , i was the guy who formally iniated the repairs needed by reporting it to the city of brandon , who in turn told me who the inspector that i needed to start the complaint with was. the point is had i not started the action , by which had to be in writing to the city of brandon they had no written complaint on file to start the procedures to force repairs on burger king. long story short , city only acts on these type of private property issues when driven by individual complaints. maybe people out there dont realize safety issues in this city have to have a formal complaint against them to( get er done) thanks

shouldn't of had to get that stage, the property owner should fixed it long before the city inspector got on the case.

the ones at the north end of 18th st by the doughnut shop are owned by the gas station next door so i was told.
