Statement at the link below from Manitoba’s justice minister. Please read in full, including noting the final paragraph: “ Manitobans have been warned and, if they choose to participate in events that openly disregard public health orders, they can expect that enforcement action will be taken. We all need to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 in Manitoba. As Dr. Roussin says, the best way to do that is to stay home. Further to this, it was said at today's media briefing that over the past ten days Steinbach's test positivity rate is 40% (not a typo). The provincial five day average is 13.7%.
